How do I buy?

You must add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your cart, then review your cart, select the shipping method, go to checkout, complete the information to complete the shipment, and click on the pay button.

Can I reserve products?

No, we do not have any product backorders at the moment. When this happens, we will let you know via a specific campaign.

In which countries can it be purchased?

What are the payment methods?

Webpay, credit or debit cards, all banks.

Can transfers be made?

If for any reason you have problems with your cards, contact us via Instagram or by email at 420@hightrip.cl and we will enable the transfer system so you can make your purchase.

Can I pay with Cuenta rut?

Of course! We have the Transbank webpay service that allows you to pay with any debit or credit card.

Which shipping companies do you work with?

Chile: We work with Correos Chile.

What days do you ship?

The day after purchase.

How long do shipments take?

Chile: Shipments may take from 48 to 72 business hours from the time of purchase.

Do you ship to regions?

We reach all of Chile.

What countries do you ship to?

For now only Chile.
