Terms and Conditions - Colorea High Experience
1. Purpose of the event
The Colorea High Experience is a private cultural and artistic activity organized by Hightrip®, focused on creative expression, well-being, and visual education. The event promotes creativity, respect, and community through culture, without encouraging the use of controlled substances or acts that could constitute a crime. Each attendee is responsible for their own actions and the items they carry.
2. Entry and participation
- Participation in the event implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is permitted only to persons over 18 years of age, upon presentation of their national ID card or equivalent official documentation.
- Each participant is responsible for their behavior and the personal items they carry.
- Bringing in dangerous objects or unauthorized alcohol is not permitted.
- The organizers may change the event time and date due to weather conditions.
3. Individual responsibility and Law 20.000
In accordance with Law 20.000, which penalizes the illicit trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances in Chile:
- The consumption or possession of cannabis in public spaces is regulated and may be subject to penalties.
- Hightrip® and the event organizers are not liable for the possession or consumption of substances by attendees.
- Each person is fully responsible for the items they carry and their actions, both inside and outside the event.
- Hightrip® and the event production team reserve the right of admission, prioritizing attendee safety and strict compliance with regulations.
4. In the event of police presence
In the event that police personnel (Carabineros, PDI, or other authorities) arrive:
- Remain calm and cooperate respectfully.
- Avoid confrontations or arguments.
- The Hightrip® team will cooperate with authorities within the legal framework and seek to safeguard the well-being and rights of attendees.
- Remember that no one is obliged to make a statement without the presence of a lawyer, in accordance with Article 19 No. 7 of the Political Constitution of Chile.
5. Code of Conduct
We want the Colorea High Experience to be a safe, creative, and respectful space. Therefore:
- Violent, discriminatory, harassing, or disrespectful behavior is prohibited.
- Please take care of the shared space, art supplies, and furniture.
- Smoking is not permitted in enclosed or non-designated areas.
- Staff members are authorized to ask anyone who disrupts the general well-being to leave.
6. Image Rights
Photographic or audiovisual recordings may be made during the event for the purpose of promoting Hightrip®.
By participating, each attendee authorizes the use of their image in such content, unless they explicitly state otherwise in writing upon entry.
7. Materials and Instructions
Each participant will receive materials for the creative experience.
Basic Instructions:
- Choose your illustration or piece to color.
- Use the available materials.
- Relax, breathe, and enjoy the process.
- Take care of the materials and return any borrowed items.
- If you need help, ask the staff.
The goal is to connect with creativity and share the experience in harmony.
8. Safety Policy
The event has safety protocols and staff members responsible for maintaining order.
In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions given by the staff or security personnel.
9. Refund policy
Refunds may only be requested within the first 7 days following the purchase. Once this period has passed, we will be unable to issue refunds, as all items included with your ticket have already been prepared and allocated for the experience.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact us, and we will arrange for the shipment of the gifts included with your ticket.
10. Weather emergency clause
In the event of extreme weather conditions, natural emergencies, or external situations that could compromise the safety of attendees, the organizing team reserves the right to reschedule, suspend, or modify the experience.
If the event must be rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the newly announced date. Should attendees be unable to attend on the new date, they may contact the organizers to discuss available alternatives.
The organizers commit to communicating any changes as far in advance as possible via their official channels.
