1. Purpose of the event
The Colorea High Experience is a cultural and artistic activity organized by Hightrip®, focused on creative expression, well-being, and visual education. The event promotes creativity, respect, and community around cannabis culture, without encouraging the use of controlled substances or acts contrary to the law. Each attendee is responsible for their own actions and the items they carry, at all times, both inside and outside the venue.
2. Access and participation
- Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Access is permitted exclusively to persons over the age of 18, upon presentation of a national ID card (DNI), NIE, passport, or other official identity document.
- Each participant is responsible for their behavior and the personal items they carry during the event.
- Entry with dangerous objects or alcoholic beverages not authorized by the organizers is not permitted.
- The organizers may change the event's time or date for justified reasons—including adverse weather conditions or force majeure—providing as much advance notice as possible.
3. Individual liability and applicable regulations
In Spain, cannabis is classified as a narcotic substance subject to international control. Its possession or consumption in public spaces may be subject to administrative sanctions under Organic Law 1/1992 on the Protection of Citizen Security, and its trafficking is defined as a criminal offense in the Penal Code (Arts. 368 et seq.).
Hightrip® and the event organizers assume no responsibility for the possession, consumption, or trafficking of controlled substances by attendees. Each individual is fully accountable for their actions under Spanish law.
The organizers reserve the right of admission, prioritizing the safety of attendees and compliance with applicable regulations.
4. In the event of police presence
In the event that personnel from the State Security Forces and Corps (National Police, Civil Guard, or Mossos d'Esquadra) arrive on the scene:
- Stay calm and cooperate respectfully.
- Avoid confrontations or resistance.
- The Hightrip® team will collaborate with the authorities within the legal framework, safeguarding the well-being and rights of the attendees.
- In accordance with Article 17 of the Spanish Constitution and Article 520 of the Criminal Procedure Act, any detained person has the right not to testify against themselves and to be assisted by a lawyer before giving a statement.
If you are a medicinal cannabis user, always carry your supporting documentation (prescription, medical report, or equivalent authorization) issued in accordance with Spanish regulations or those of your country of origin.
5. Coexistence policy
We want the Colorea High Experience to be a safe, creative, and respectful space. Therefore:
- Violent, discriminatory, harassing, or disrespectful behavior is prohibited. The event maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding conduct that violates Law 15/2022 on comprehensive equal treatment and non-discrimination.
- Take care of the common area, art supplies, and the facility's furniture.
- Smoking tobacco in enclosed or non-designated areas is prohibited, in accordance with Law 28/2005 on health measures regarding smoking.
- Staff are authorized to ask anyone who disrupts the general well-being to leave the premises; no refund will be provided in the event of expulsion for non-compliance with these rules.
6. Image rights and data protection
Photographic or audiovisual recordings may be made during the event for the purpose of promoting and publicizing Hightrip® and Colorea High.

8. Security policy
The event has security protocols and trained personnel in place to maintain order and ensure the safety of attendees. In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions given by staff, security personnel, or emergency services at all times. The venue complies with Catalan and Spanish safety regulations for public establishments and events.
9. Returns and withdrawal policy
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), the right of withdrawal for distance contracts is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, unless the event is scheduled to take place within that period, in which case the right is excluded pursuant to Article 103, letter l) of said regulation.
Once the cancellation period has expired or when the event is imminent, no refunds will be issued, as materials and services are reserved and prepared for each participant.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us in advance, and we will consider arranging the shipment of the materials or gifts included with your ticket. Email us at produccion@coloreahigh.cl.
10. Emergency or force majeure
In the event of extreme weather conditions, health emergencies, administrative restrictions, or force majeure situations that jeopardize the safe holding of the event, the organizing team may reschedule, suspend, or modify the experience.
If the event needs to be rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the officially announced new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, please contact us to discuss available options.
The organization will announce any changes as far in advance as possible through its official channels.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, by European Union regulations. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different mandatory jurisdiction.
